Berta's Story Uploaded!

Well, you are going to say, “that was fast.” The new Soul-Linked Saga Novella, Berta’s Choice is now uploaded to both Amazon Kindle and Barnes & Noble Nook. The Amazon version should be available for sale within twelve hours and the Nook within twenty-four. Maybe sooner. The last time, Amazon surprised and had the novel available far sooner than twelve hours, so we’ll see.

Also, we are pleased to announce that this 37,000 word novella will be available for $0.99. We actually wanted to make it free, but under our contractual arrangements with the sellers there is no way we could make the novella available to both Kindle and Nook readers for anything less than $0.99, so that’s what it is. It’s not free, but pretty darn close.

And, yes, we are hoping to use this low price to entice people who have not yet swum in the Soul=Linked sea to dip their toes in and see how they like the water. If you have been trying to get your friends to read some of Laura Jo’s work and they have been reluctant, this may be the thin edge of the wedge that gets them involved—you can tell them, “hey, only 37,000 words, only $0.99, what do you have to lose, right?”
