Bearens Hope Available for Purchase (in Kindle edition)

The Bearens' Hope (The Soul-Linked Saga)

Amazon is faster than it used to be.  Less than six hours after uploading, The Bearens' Hope is available for sale in Kindle edition on Amazon dot com.  Here is the URL of the Amazon page for the book.

For most of you, this should appear as a clickable link.  If not, you can copy and paste it into the address line of your browser it should take you straight there.  If you can't get that to work for you, you can always type the title into Amazon's search bar.

As I mentioned in an earlier blog entry, we had to raise the price to $6.99 from the $5.99 price that we established (and that remains in effect) for the earlier books as there are higher delivery costs associated with this book, a work that is much longer than its predecessors.  Bearens came out just shy of 160,000 words, while The Katres Summer is about 110,000, with the other books having run just a little shorter than that.

We hope you enjoy this new, bigger and even more exciting entry in the Soul-Linked Saga.  We look forward to your feedback in this space or by email, either by writing laura jo at laurajophillips.books@gmail.com or me at harveyphillips1960@gmail.com.

I'd give you my vox code, but service in this area is still disrupted as a result of the Bolkin Wars.

  1. I am so absolutely totally excited for this next book! :) This is an absolute great series. I do have a question, though. Do you know when it will be available in Nook form @ B&N? The other three I have on the Nook. Thanks so much! :)

    1. It is going to be a few days. Publishing to Nook requires that the manuscript be reformatted and separately uploaded. The priority was to get it up in Kindle form because the Kindle/Nook sales ratio is at least 20/1 if not higher. It won't be long.

    2. I was a bit behind the times when I posed my earlier reply. Laura Jo tells me that she uploaded the book to Barnes and Noble this morning before I got up, so the Bearens will be available for purchase on Nook as soon as the B & N's computers finish doing whatever voodoo they do and pop it out for purchased.

    3. It's all good. :) I just checked (5:47 am Central time) and it is there. I don't know how long it's been there, but it is currently in my greedy little paws. :) Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

  2. Yay! Thank you both for all your hard work in getting this next book in the series out for us this month. I've just downloaded it and I am so glad that I can now spend my Sunday reading it. :-)

  3. You are very welcome. Laura Jo worked very hard on this book, and there was a major push near the end to get it uploaded Saturday night so that readers could have it on Sunday. The sales figures for the other books show that we have a lot of "Sunday readers."

    2. I made it through work - but was a zombie when I got home. Fortunately the only kids that live with me have a mother living there too (my daughter). My darling husband just fed me and put me to bed. LOL
